Healthy Breakfast: Eggs, Swiss, Turkey

Healthy Breakfast, Egg Recipe
I love when my husband gets creative with his cooking! This is a perfect little healthy breakfast we had this weekend.



  • 2 Slices of Turkey Breasts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Slices of Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Green Onion, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • Pinch of Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Note: We used Grass Fed Butter and Free Range Brown Eggs



  1. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat
  2. Add turkey breast and fry until brown
  3. Flip turkey breasts
  4. Immediately add the eggs to the turkey breast
  5. Cook eggs until almost cooked through
  6. Add green onions, salt, and pepper
  7. Flip egg and cook about 15 seconds
  8. Flip again and top with swiss cheese
  9. Cover Pan for about 15 seconds, or until cheese is melted
  10. Remove from skillet
  11. Top with Dill


Our eggs were cooked over-easy. You can modify to your preferred egg style.
