Getting plenty of veggies in your day can be a challenge. Especially when you are often on the run. A green smoothie with natural and healthy ingredients can be a great way to get the nutrition you may be missing in your day. A lot of these you can prepare and even freeze the ingredients ahead of time to make for a quick dump into the blender.
Be careful with how much fruit and additional items you add to these smoothies. They can be a great option but if you have 4 servings of fruit in one drink you could be consuming more sugar and even calories than necessary. The below recipes from my fellow bloggers lean more on the veggie side and can be a great addition to your meal planning!
