This is a great easy way to have a nutritional breakfast. Or this is also an amazing post workout shake.
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 5 Strawberries
- 1 Serving favorite Protein Powder

- About 5 strawberries. Pour Almond Milk and Spinach into the blender, I like to blend these two together first to create my base.
- After this is well blended add banana and strawberries, blend again.
- Add the protein powder and blend until smooth.
- Ready to pour!

- You can adjust the amount of fruit if you feel you need a sweeter taste or add a natural sweetener.
- Add ice if you prefer a colder drink.
- Create portioned freezer bags of the fruits and veggies to easily grab in the mornings. This will also help make your drink colder without the need of ice.

I was so excited when I poured this and it fit perfectly in my Contigo Shaker Cup!

Hmm. I can’t find anything to cover up the flavour of greens yet except pineapple and I’m allergic to that… and I don’t like the flavour in a juice or smoothie. But in allll about that banana strawberry!!

Your smoothie looks awesome and delicious. I do like eating spinach leaves on its own but I will give this a try. I can imagine that the smell is so yummy as well.

I also love spinach on its own. However, not usually a common breakfast item for me. So this is a great way for me to add the nutrients to my breakfast/post workout meal.

This does look healthy! I haven’t tried combining all these ingredients though. Gosh I am too lazy to make smoothies.

I do love smoothies but have not been a fan of the green ones I have seen about lately. I just don’t like the taste enough to want to do it regularly. I’m all about the strawberry and banana though.
I love strawberries and that I wouldn’t mind some strawberry smoothie. Unfortunately, I don’t love bananas in my smoothies. But your recipe looks great!
