Honey Chipotle Chicken – Healthy Grilling Recipe

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered honey
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1/4 garlic clove, finely chopped


  1. Cube chicken into chunks.
  2. Add the chicken to skewer
  3. Whisk honey, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, chipotle chili, and garlic in a small bowl
  4. Spoon sauce over skewers
  5. Cook the skewers on the grill for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Bast chicken with sauce and turn every few minutes
  7. Serve and Enjoy
